450g baby potatoes
4 Garlic Cubes
3 Dill Cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 220°C degrees.
- Cut your potatoes in half and peel if desired. Toss them together with the garlic cubes, dill cubes, salt, pepper and oil.
- Line up dressed potatoes on baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, until edges have browned and potatoes are tender when poked with a fork.
- TIPS FOR CRISPNESS
- Don’t place your potatoes too close together on your baking dish. If you do, you’ll risk them getting soft but not crispy around the edges!
- About half way through your baking, gently flip your potatoes
Notes
- Variation: Throw in 450g saute cremini mushrooms or button mushrooms, the smaller the better, and proceed just as above.
