4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 packs Macon
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Directions
- Cut each chicken breast into 3-4 pieces.
- Marinate chicken breast in BBQ sauce for 8 hours or overnight.
- Remove chicken breasts from BBQ sauce and wrap each piece in a strip of Macon.
- Grill, pan fry or broil chicken breast over medium heat until crispy, approximately 4 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Variations. Here are just a few suggestions:
– Artichoke Hearts or bottoms. Add in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
– Mushrooms. Add at the beginning of cooking.
– Tiny potatoes: Add in the last 30 minutes of cooking
– Tomatoes: add a large chopped onion and 2 large diced tomatoes at the beginning of cooking. No mustard
